Unlike traditional gel colors, Colour Mill Oil Blend loves fats and oils found in your baked goods and uses them to spread the special color formula. The result is stunningly vibrant, rich and even shades that won't fade. It works especially well in buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache and sugar mousse. It also works in flower pastes, gumpastes, modeling pastes, marzipan, cake mixes, pastries, frosting, isomalt, piping gel, cake lace mixes and more.

These colors have a very high concentration of color pigments. You only need a tiny drop at a time to achieve the desired shade.
