Saracino is one of the very few manufacturers that use cocoa butter for your fondant. Our modelling clay is extremely elastic and firm. It can be modelled without cracking. After processing, it keeps its shape.

It can be modelled finely, which is helpful for delicate work such as lace, shapes and small flowers. It also has a subtle smell and taste.
