FunCakes Flavor - Mango 120g

This FunCakes flavoring has a lovely fruit taste. Great to flavor butter creams, Bavaroise creams, ice creams and various fillings.

The FunCakes flavorings can also be added to the dough and are therefore suitable for baking. Perfect if you want to add a nice flavor like cookies or cupcakes to your dough. Add the recommended dose to your dough. Add some extra flavor if you bake at high temperatures (over 200 ° C) because this can reduce the flavor. The flavoring can also be added to chocolate ganache.

Ingredients: sugar, mango (30%), glucose syrup, acidity regulator: E330, flavor, thickener: E440a, color: E160a, E100. May contain traces of: egg, milk and nuts.

Recommended dose: 30g per 500g.
