Discover the elegant world of cake decorating with FunCakes fondant in Vintage Purple! This high-quality fondant in a trendy vintage lilac color is perfect for designing stylish cakes, cupcakes and other pastry creations.

FunCakes fondant is easy to work with, smooth and offers excellent coverage. With its subtle eggplant shade, it gives your creations a chic and modern touch. Ideal for special occasions, weddings or to cover your baked goods in stylish purple.

Also suitable for coloring with food coloring. Leave the fondant to rest (covered) for an hour after coloring to achieve the best result. Knead the sugar paste again before further processing. To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, you will need approx. 500 g of fondant.

The FunCakes sugar paste with delicious vanilla flavor is very flexible, smooth and easy to work with thanks to its fine structure. The fondant is soft, pliable and hardens completely after processing.

The FunCakes sugar paste is perfect for covering a cake thanks to its satin finish. If you want to cut out shapes from the sugar paste, you can be sure of clean and sharp cut-outs. The sugar paste is also suitable for creating decorations, you can easily model or create different shapes and designs.

Storage: Store in a dry, dark place, 15°C - 20°C.

Preparation: The following procedure is recommended for optimum results: Allow the sugar paste to come to room temperature. Knead the sugar paste vigorously until it is smooth and elastic. Dust the work surface with a little powdered sugar and roll out the fondant evenly with a rolling pin (2-3 mm thick). Turn the sugar paste by a quarter to prevent it from sticking. Are there still small cracks around the edges when you roll out the fondant? Knead again vigorously until the edges are smooth when rolled out. Then the sugar paste is ready to use.
