Silikomart Velvet Cocoa Butter Spray Yellow 250ml

Spray on pink cocoa butter colour to create velvety soft decorations e.g. on popsicles or small cupcakes. This Velvet Spray is great for ice cream, semi-frozen, mousse and ice cream cakes. We recommend using it on iced surfaces.

Directions for use: Store at room temperature 20-25°C 2 hours before use. Shake well and warm the can in warm water between 25-35°C. Spray a homogeneous layer on a frozen surface from a distance of 30-40 cm. The recommended setting time before consumption is 1 hour. After use, turn the can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean. Clean the nozzle with warm water if it does not spray evenly.
