Gel colours / food colour pastes:

High-yielding, heatable, pasty food colours which can be mixed with each other. The food colours are tasteless and comply with food law regulations!

Usage:

For colouring marzipan, rolled and decorative fondant, cream, buttercream, icing, glazes, jams, salt dough, sugar, isomalt.

Application:

With a toothpick take out some food coloring and spread it in or on the respective food. (Use the toothpick only once and do not put it back into the food colouring). Afterwards, depending on the food, the food colouring is worked under.

The food colours may contain the azo dyes E 102, E 110, E122, E 129, or E 124.

These dyes can impair the activity and attention of children.
