Sugarflair Universal Paste Colors - Emerald - 22g

Use these innovative oil-based food colors to achieve even coloring of buttercream and other high-fat products such as ganache, Swiss meringue, chocolate, marzipan, fondant, sugar paste, cream and cake mixes and doughs.

We recommend using it sparingly for best results.  It is possible to obtain the most delicate pastel colors by using only a little of it, while a larger amount will give bright colors without changing the consistency of the product you are working with.
