Silikomart Velvet Cocoabutter Spray Gold 250ml

Spray on golden cocoa butter colour to create velvety golden decorations. This product is great for ice cream, semi-frozen, mousse and ice cream cakes. We recommend using it on iced surfaces.

Directions for use: Store at room temperature 20-25°C 2 hours before use. Shake well and warm the can in warm water between 25-35°C. Spray a homogeneous layer on a frozen surface from a distance of 30-40 cm. The recommended setting time before consumption is 1 hour. After use, turn the can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean. Clean the nozzle with warm water if it does not spray evenly.
