PREPARATION Put the vanilla cake mix in a bowl and add 120 g vegetable oil (or 120 g soft butter) and 200 g egg (about 3-4 eggs). Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer on medium speed for about 3 minutes until you have a homogeneous and light-coloured mixture. Pour the dough into an oiled or greased baking tin. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes at 160°C (fan oven) or 170°C (top and bottom heat).
