EN-PREPARATION
Heat 650 ml of whole milk or vegetable drink (for lactose-free cream) in a saucepan or in the microwave. Add 200 g of custard cream powder mix and mix with a whisk. Put back on the stove or in the microwave several times until the cream thickens. Flavour as desired with: lemon peel, flavoring pastes or 100 g of dark chocolate.
Chantilly preparation: let the custard cool down and add 300 ml of semiwhipped cream or 200 ml of semi-whipped vegetable cream (for lactosefree cream).
