Swiss meringue buttercream is quite a complicated recipe to bake from scratch. There are quite a few steps, some of which are quite tricky and often fail. FunCakes wants to make delicious baking recipes very easy for you. All you need to do is add butter and water to make this kind of buttercream, and you can start decorating. Swiss meringue buttercream is less sweet than regular buttercream, but can be used in the same way. For frosting and filling cakes and decorating cupcakes.

Preparation: All ingredients must be at room temperature. For one serving: whisk 100 g of mixture with 70 ml of warm tap water for 8 minutes on high speed until fluffy. Add 220 g unsalted (cream) butter to mixture in 4 parts and beat until butter is completely dissolved before adding the next part. Beat at high speed for about 8 minutes until smooth cream. One portion of cream is enough to fill and frost 1 20 cm cake or decorate about 12 cupcakes.
