The Patisse proofing basket is used for perfect and even rising of dough. The natural rattan basket regulates the moisture in the dough, resulting in a light bread with a crispy crust. The basket gives the bread its traditional rustic shape.

This basket should never be placed in the oven, it is not an ovenproof product.

Only wipe with a damp cloth, dry thoroughly and then store in a dry place.

Our proofing baskets are made from a natural product and can vary in shape and size. Only brush dry after use, do not clean with water.
